Senior Bank Advisor

Job Skills/Requirements
Position is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising and conducting audit assignments and special projects for community bank clients. Plan and organize engagements by developing audit programs and budgets and coordinating audit fieldwork with client and staff. Conduct audit engagements by ensuring audit program steps are being correctly performed, audit policies and standards are being followed, and audit findings are adequately supported and reported to management for response. Finalize engagements with audit reports that clearly communicate the scope and timing of engagements and prioritized findings, including management responses.

This position encompasses a range of banking areas (audit, internal control, operations, etc.) and the senior auditor must be able to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations. Successful candidate will have a bachelors degree in accounting and 4+ years of public accounting/banking experience. Strong written and verbal communication, computer and time management skills required. Minimal travel required (less than 20%). We provide a relaxed, flexible, family-friendly environment.

This job reports to the Accounting and Auditing Manager.  This is a Full-Time position, working 1st Shift.  Relocation is not provided and travel occasionally.

Bank Advisor

Job Skills/Requirements
This position is responsible for executing the day-to-day activities of audit assignments. Will perform detailed audit procedures and communicate findings and recommendations to senior auditors and/or engagement managers.

Successful candidate will have a bachelors degree in accounting and 1+ years of public accounting/banking experience. Basic written and verbal communication and computer skills required. Candidate must be self-starter with a proven drive to be successful. Minimal travel required (less than 20%). We provide a relaxed, flexible, family-friendly environment.
